Aristocratic Russia comes alive in the new color collection for nails from OPI. Look for shades of brown, dark plum, gray, indigo, deep green, red and black worked into beautifully tailored, ladylike shapes in suits and trousers, plus slim skirts, fitted dresses, and evening wear featuring strapless dresses in velvet and cocktail dresses in floaty chiffons and satins.
